New Release Day at Bugaboo

It is time for another New Release over at Bugaboo and Jodie has some cuties for you this week. I can't wait for you to see all of the New Critter Sign It Images that are in the Bugaboo Store this morning. The Design Team has done a great job with the examples too and you can catch those over on the Bugaboo Challenge Blog.
For my card today I used the Bear Sign It and colored the image with my Copics. I cut out the opening on the sandwich board and used a piece of Chalkboard paper by DCWV to hand write the sentiment with a Zig Chalk Writer. Then I cut a piece of blue Chalkboard paper to mount the whole thing onto and did some doodling around the border. The papers are from a 6"X6" pad from Authentique.
 And here's a close-up for you.
I hope you head over to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog and check out all the great things going on over there today. Lots of incredible Work to be seen. Have a Great Day everyone.

Friday Freebie at Bugaboo

I'm very happy that it is Friday this week. I have been fighting the chest cold that my husband passed along and it will be nice not to have to go anywhere for a couple of days. The other reason for loving Friday is the Freebie over at Bugaboo. Jodie has a great one again for you today. Head over to the Bugaboo Store and grab one for yourself and then stop by the Bugaboo Challenge Blog and see all the great cards by the Design Team.

For my card today I colored the image with copics and added stickles here and there to make it shine.
Even the Designer Papers by We Are Memories is shiney.
I hope you all have a great weekend and can get some crafting time in.

Here it is Friday again with another Challenge over at Dilly Beans. Todays Challenge is to add some Stitching to your project. Faux or real, a little or a lot. Wait until you see the great examples by the Design Team. Head over to the Dilly Beans Designers and Friday Challenge Blog and check them out.
For my card today I used one of Megan's latest Designs, #336 Girl and Butterfly.
I have had this piece of paper from Prima for several years now just waiting for the perfect project and this is it. I just love the stitching that is done on it. The two flowers are made by using a SVG die cut from La La Studios. ( sorry the link is not working tonight)
I colored the image with Copics and then added some Glossy Glaze and Stickels to the eye and butterfly.
I hope you can join us this week for our Stitching Challenge. Everyone has been entering som incredible projects lately and I caan't wait to see what you all do this week.

This is the card standing up. Love the way the brads and buttons match the papers so well.
When you open the card all the way this is how it looks. Stampin' Up ribbon is a perfect match and the little birds cut from the designer paper is too cute.

A New Challenge At Dilly Beans

It is Friday again and that means it is time for a New Challenge at Dilly Beans. This week the Theme is Layers of Red. The Design Team has some wonderful examples over on the Dilly Beans Designers and Challenge Blog. Run and take a look.
For my card I used one of Megans new images that you can find in the Dilly Beans Store. This one is called Day Of The Dead Frida. I made the background paper using glossy card stock and Distress Inks as well as some Perfect Pearls. I colored the images with Copics and used Glossy Glaze on the eyes and lips. This was really hard to photograph and get the colors right and show the word rub ons that are on the hair.
These two photos show the rub ons better.

I really hope to see you come join us this week at Dilly Beans for our Layers Of Red Challenge. Have a great weekend everyone.

Friday Freebie at Bugaboo

I took two flowers apart and put them back together to make this one. Love it.

So run over to the Bugaboo Store and grab a sheriff for yourself and check out the rest of the collection. These are the cutest.

A New Challenge And New Images At Dilly Beans

First off there is a new challenge up at Dilly Beans Designers and Challenge Blog and the Design team has come up with some awesome projects as always. You will want to head over to the Blog and check those out for sure. I hope you all will find some time to play along with us this week for our "Love Is In The Air" challenge.
For my card I used Megan's great Girlie Skellies Collage Sheet and  one of the Monster Boys images. So much fun. I colored the Monster Boy with my Copis as well as a couple of Megan's hearts and then for the hearts I covered those in super fine glitter. the tiny hearts on the side are from the Collage sheet and have a good layer of Glossy Glaze on them.
The piece of polka dot paper is Bo Bunny and I punched out a few of the Dots so you can see the background card stock. I colored that with some red ink and the smooch technique.
Also this week Megan added some New Images in the Store and I'm so in love with them and I'm sure you will be too.  I had to print this out and color it the minute I saw it. There are Nine new images in all. Run and see them quick.
I used some Graphic 45 papers for this and then for the image I colored it with my Copics and then the background is painted with iridescent water colors. Well I got some of the watercolor on the black outlines of the hair and I did not like the way that looked so I used a Black Gel Pen to trace over all the lines in the hair. Much better.
Here is a close up for you.
Don't forget to join us at the Challenge Blog for the new Challenge this week and I can't wait to see all the great entries for this week.

A New Freebie at Bugaboo

It is Friday and that means that it is time for a new Freebie at Bugaboo. Todays Image is a cutie and I'm sure everyone will love it. Head over to the Bugaboo Store and grab one for yourself. Once you have that jump over to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog and see all the fantastic projects that the Design Team has to share today.
For my card this morning I colored the image with Copics and used papers from a pad that I picked up at Ross. It is amazing the things you can find out there. I paper pieced the hat.
The buttons came from a jar that I bought at Tuesday Morning today. I ended up getting 5 different color combos.
Isn't this image adorable? I'd love to see what you all do with it. When you make something let me know in the comment section and I'll come check it out.
I hope you all have a great day.

This week the Challenge for the Stamping Boutique is Valentines so I combined that with the Tween for Pile It On and came up with this cutie Card that I will send to my grandson. So he isn't a Tween yet but he will be some day.

I used Tracy's image AJ with a Heart Banner for this, colored it with Copics and used Bo Bunny papers. There are a lot of Valentine Challenges out there this week so if you make a Valentine for a Tween you got two right off the bat.
