New Release Day At Bugaboo

So today is a New Release Day over at Bugaboo and Jodie has another Christmas Image to share with you today. You can see all the New Images for the month HERE in the Bugaboo Store.  And then we are all going on vacation. Yes...all the designers at Bugaboo are taking two weeks off to recharge the old batteries. We thought this would be a great time catch up, chill out. I will still be here and Bugaboo will still be here but we won't be having our usual round of posts each day for the next two weeks.Drop in to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog tomorrow for the big announcement.  Do stop by to see some of the projects I will be catching up on. A couple of mini albums and a layout or two.
So todays New Release I made this Christmas Card. The papers are some odds and ends from the past few years. The image was colored with color crayons and Copics and the background of the image is done with Shimmering H2O's.

I am really liking the Crayons for coloring animals. Using the Goo Gone for a blending medium really gives the look of fur.

Friday Freebie At Bugaboo

Can you believe it is Friday again? Or...can you believe that it is the last Friday of July already?
Well the nice thing bout it being Friday is that it is time for another Freebie over at Bugaboo. Jodie has a really fun image for you today too. One more for you to get ready for Christmas with.
I colored the image with Copics and used papers by Bo Bunny. Added a little die cut flourish from Cherry Lynn and some Glossy Glaze and peals and look how cute this turned out.

New Release Day At Bugaboo

For my card I used both images that we had to use today. The papers are from Bo Bunny and I colored the images with my Copics.

I used Glossy Glaze on the noses and added some rhinestones to add some bling.

Friday Freebie At Bugaboo

Today is the last day of Bugaboo's Christmas In July Celebrations and I have to tell you I have just loved it and loved seeing all the great projects you all have to share. So for the last Challenge of the week we would like for you to use this Recipe:

 

For my card today I used the freebie which you can find in the Bugaboo Store, and colored it up with my Copics.  The papers are from a DCWV Stack and the Magic sign is cut with a Spellbinders Die and then the border rhinestones came from a pack that I picked up in a boot at a Scrapbook Convention a couple of years back (for a dollar)

I used liquid applique and Stickles for the hat trim and used a lot of Glossy glaze on the Candy Cane.

Day 6 Christmas In July at Bugaboo

I can't believe it is Thursday already . So on to day 6 of the Christmas In July fun over at Bugaboo Challenge Blog.

 

For today's Challenge we would like to see some Tags. You know we always can use some tags for gifts and Jodie has a bunch in the Bugaboo Store just ready for you to color up or you can get adventurous and make some up using the great Bugaboo Holiday Images you can find in the Bugaboo Store.

For my tags I used 3 different images to decorate my tags.

Snowman-Jingle Bell, Little Penguin Winter-Candy Cane, Stella Christmas-Cost.

The images are colored with copics and the tag bases are manila tags that I colored using Ranger Distress Stains. Love that stuff.

I coated the candy cane with Glossy Glaze and Liquid Applique with Stickles on top for the hat trim.

I colored the bell with gold colored Gel Pen.

Again, I used the Liquid Applique and Stickles for the hat and hair.

Make Us Laugh Christmas Challenge At Bugaboo

Today is a fun challenge and you can find some more great examples over on the Bugaboo Challenge Blog. One of the Funniest gals around Bugaboo is Stella and this newest image is great.
For my card I used Stella-Christmas: Christmas Cost. I colored the image with Copics and then used some metallic gel pens to decorate the packages. The paper is some old Basic Grey.

New Release and Challenge At Bugaboo

It is Day 4 of the Christmas In July Challenges over at Bugaboo and it is also New Release Day. Jodie has a great New Set for the season this year and one luck person a day will win this set. So head over to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog for all the details.

The Challenge for today is to make a project and use the Bingo Card for a guide.

 

For my Card today I used the Ornament Image. The papers are from a Recollections Stack. The line on the Bingo Card is Ribbon, Bugaboo Image and Sentiment.

 

I printed two copies of the image and then colored the base with Copics and sponged the light blue on the background. Then I cut just the ornament out of the second image and coated that in Glossy Glaze and popped it up.

 

The inside is fun too.
