A New Challenge is Up At Pile It On

For my card I used this adorable image, Monster #3. I colored the image with Copics and then added some Google Eyes and some little bits of Glossy Effects on the dots and Stickles here and there.

 The background piece is felt run through an embossing folder that has ink applied to the raised side.
