A Little Day For Daisies

Last week was a very trying week....again so last night when I got all the things that needed to be done, DONE and I sat down to watch a movie and color. Yesterday morning I found these great new images from A Day for Daisies and couldn't wait to play.

The challenge this week is to Use Something Lace-Y so I dug around and found this great piece with tulips and another piece that worked great for a backing. The papers are from a Recollections paper stack.

I added Glossy Glaze to her eyes and lips. Liquid Pearls around the die cut and some beading and an earring from my stash, I colored this with Copics and watercolors as well as adding some Perfect Pearls for even more shine and sparkle.

Inside the card is pretty also.
I will enter this in the

I also want to share another Day For Dasies Card that I made Last Sat. night while watching a movie.
The image I used is from the Aloha Garden Series. Love these. I especially love the fact that the female images are a little fuller figured. They have some nice curves.
The image is colored with Copics and the papers are from a Colorbok Pad I picked up at Wall Mart.
The flower, at the top, is made from trim and a button and a rhinestone.
I added some Stickles and glitter of course.
You can really see the shine here.
You can see the dimension really well in this shot.

Well I hope you all have a great week.
