For my card ('s) today I used the Skelekinz Cupcake Stroller. The first card is done up with Bo Bunny Cardstock and dry embossed with several embossing folders and  then I used embossing powder on the background pieces to make it sparkle even more. The White and pink hearts are cut using glitter cardstock. The sketch I used is by Sketch N Stash Challenge blog.
This second card I made by printing the Image onto the white glitter cardstock and then embossing it as it came out of the printer. I'm not thrilled with the results, I colored the image with my Copics and I used some Digi Papers by Tracy Ann Digital Art. Her Etsy Store is Here! Printing on the glitter paper is the problem, not the image or the digitals. The sentiment is printed on Colorbok Texture Cardstock.
I am off to experiment some more and I hope you come back soon.
I will be entering this card in the following challenges.
The Rubber Cafe:: Glitter and Shine.
The Pink Elephant: Color Challenge, Red Brown and Pink
Prairie Fairy Fridays #45: For a Sweetheart
Mami Doodles:The Magic of Love
The Rubber Cafe: Glitter and Shine
Southern Girls: Dry Embossing
My Time To Craft: Emboss Emboss Emboss
Have a great day.

New Release At Chi Chi Memories

It is the First so that means New Set over at Chi Chi Memories. And these are some cuties. This is such a Great Deal too. $4.95 for all these cute digis. Run on over to the Chi Chi Memories Store and grab yours now.

For my card today for the New Release I used several of the images and played with some Digital Papers and Elements that I picked up at Lettering Delights. I'm really likeing the versatility of these downloads more and more. I guess this is considered Hybrid because you are combineing Digital and hands on. Okay so I chose the background paper that I wanted ( Card Cafe Ala Patterned Paper Pack) and then I pulled the PNG image onto it, flattened it, and sized it. The next step was to choose the brown dot paper, size that and then add the flower PNG across the bottom. ( Size it to fit the width of your card.)  I also chose the solid blue  and then added the Sentiment PNG that was sized to fit the card. Add a few elements from the Card Cafe Ala Expressions Pack and print it out on Colorbok (WallMart) textured white paper and you are ready to color, cut and paste.

And here is the inside of the card. Isn't this so cute?
I hope you go to Chi Chi Memories and check out  the new Stamps and everything else in the shop.
And don't forget to think about printing some of your own papers and elements. It is so much fun. Oh yes...Lettering Delights also has SVG files.

I will be entering this card in these Challenges today:
Craft Your Days Away: LoveHave a great day
Prairy Fairy Fridays: For Your Sweetheart
Simply Create Challenges: Give Your Heart Away
Mami Doodles Digital Stamps: The Magic Of Love

Have A Great Week Everyone.

A New Challenge At Bugaboo.

Today is a Challenge Day at Bugaboo and this weeks challenge is to make an ATC.
The Design Team has some great samples over on the Challenge Blog. I used  one of the Monkey Love Images for my ATC, the paper is Bo Bunny and I colored this with my Copics. this would be a perfect size for kids valentine. I thought I could convince my granddaughter to make hers for her kindergarten class when she was here today and she opted to make one for her teacher and forget the kids. There are too many kids to make them for. LOL!

This is a card I made using the New Ava and Deacon Images. You can find a Freebie Here and the rest of the set Here. I used Basic Grey Papers and for the Image I printed it on Black Texture Cardstock and then colored it with Prisma Color Pencils. I also used a white gel pen.I like the texture paper. In Yesterdays post I used White textured cardstock to print the images and Digital papers. See That Here.

The Sketch for this card is from Friday Sketchers.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Friday Freebie time At Bugaboo.

I t seems like I've been waiting for this release forever. How cute is this Deacon? It is the Friday Freebie today over at Bugaboo and you can run to the SHOP and grab one for yourself. And check out the other adorable Images that are in this set.
The Design Team has some wonderful samples for you to see at the Challenge Blog so don't forget to check those out too.
For this card I used Basic Grey Papers and colored the image with my Copics.  There was a baby shower for my niece last Sunday and I used this for the card that went with her gift. On the inside of the card it reads
Mom and Dad Will Always Be There To Catch You!

I also wanted to share this card that I made the other day. It is one of the Stella And Gus Tidbit Images that were released last week. I so love Stella and her wit. You can find this set HERE. So this is another card I've made using Digital papers that I've printed onto texture Card Stock from Colorbok that I picked up at WallMart  ( I am so sorry I can't remember what company the Digis came from). I also printed Stella on top of one of the pattern papers (gotta love PNG files) and this paper works wonderfully for coloring on with Copics. I will be using this a lot.
Have a great day and I hope you stop by tomorrow.

A New Challenge At Chi Chi Memories

Good Morning All and welcome to a New Challenge over at Chi Chi Memories. I always love the sketches by Natalie that we get to work with and of course the Images are great.
I used an Image from the Janurary Set, Puppet Show and turned it into a Valentine of sorts. The paper is some digital paper, as is the flower element across the bottom that I bought from Tracy Ann Digital Art (TADA) and then I printed everything off on WallMart Textured Scrapbook paper. I love working with this stuff.

Here is the sketch for this week and I sure hope you all come by Chi Chi Memories and play along with us. Come back on the 1st to see the new release (if not before) for Feburary. You can drop by the blog and see a sneek peek. Your gonna love it. We also have a really cute Valentines Set In the Store that you can grab. How cute is this? Must make a card.
Have a Great Day everyone.
