Party Time At Dilly Beans Designers and Challenge Blog

So there you Have it. Party Party Party! It is Party Time at Dilly Beans. Who doesn't love a party? This week the design team has made some great samples to share with you. I have a project using two of the new ones almost finished. Too cute.
For my card today I used an Image that Megan released last week and you can find that Here.
I used some papers from my stash and some embellishments from the dollar store. Great Hat and cake, don't you think?

I colored this with Copics and then covered the eyeball with Glossy Accents and added some Sickles on the eyelashes.
